In line with our approach to transparency, this page reflects the current pay and benefits all full-time employees receive. This is in line with our organization structure, which is rooted in our commitment to financial equity.

Salaries

We peg salaries to data provided by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. Specifically, we use the seasonally adjusted median weekly earnings from the Usual Weekly Earnings of Wage and Salary Workers report from the Current Population Survey data. We update salaries twice a year based on this information, when the Bureau of Labor Statistics makes second and fourth quarter data available.

The formula we use is 1.43 * Median Weekly Earnings * 52 rounded up to the nearest dollar. As of February 2024 (after 2023Q4 data has come out), full-time employees make $84,920 USD/year.

Vacation + Sick Time

We have an unlimited sick day policy, employees are encouraged to detach from work when sick and focus on feeling better.

Benefits

We pay 75% of premiums for employees. Spouses and dependents can be added to an employee’s plan, but the employee will cover 100% of the premiums for them.

We don’t currently offer a health savings account (HSA) or a 401K, but we’re hoping to establish those in the first half of 2023.
